Chef Larry and Jessica Delgado built SALT one thoughtful step at a time—a story of passion, perseverance, and community.

I tried Spinalis Dorsi for the first time, which led me to do extensive research on different cuts and qualities of meat. Also known as the Ribeye cap or “butchers butter”, It was quite literally the best piece of meat I have ever consumed in my entire life.

I don’t even know where to start with the amazing experience I had at Salt! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a date night, family dinner, or just a nice evening out. We went around 6pm, which turned out to be a great time. The food was an absolute 10/10.

Had a reservation on a Friday Night and was seated promptly. Have been here several times and service is always great. Recommend the watermelon cocktails, refreshing and slightly sweet. This time tried the scallops, which was a light dish but full of flavor.
